Changes to the CGL Wording

Are you comfortable with your understanding of the CGL wording? The Hamilton/Niagara Chapter of the Insurance Institute of Ontario (IIO), in partnership with Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC), is pleased to present a seminar regarding the changes made to the IBC advisory model of the Commercial General Liability (CGL) occurrence wording.  This topic will be of great interest to brokers, adjusters, underwriters and insurance industry students. The seminar will address the history of the CGL wording, describe the recent wording changes and provide a perspective on the changes from both the reinsurance and legal community. Our seminar leaders will address the concerns that insurers and reinsurers may be facing with the introduction of the revised wording.
